Now imagine that same hair split lengthwise 200 times so that each of the 200 grabbers does the same. That's a E-Cloth microfiber cloth.

    • Does The E-Cloth Really Clean With Just Water?
      • Unlike conventional cleaning – where an emulsifying solution is applied to dirt or grease and then absorbed by a paper towel or rag – e-cloth’s cleaning effectiveness comes from its microscopic fibers split to create millions of tiny “cleaning edges” that work to penetrate under dirt, grime, oils, grease and bacteria. • How Does The E-cloth Eliminate Bacteria?
      • E-cloth fibers break down and lock in dirt, grease and bacteria. Independent tests show that without the use of detergents, e-cloths are very effective at removing bacteria, including E coli, from hard surfaces. Tests show that, unlike ordinary cleaning cloths, e-cloths do not support the growth of bacteria. E-cloths do not leave any residue on the cleaned surfaces, there is nothing left behind to encourage the development of bacteria. Click here for visual proof.
    • How Long Can I Expect The E-Cloth To Last?
      • As long as the care instructions are followed, with normal use the Professional E-cloths will last for years - up to 1,000 washes and the non-Professional line will also last for years (up to 300 washes). There may be some loss of color, but this will not affect fiber performance. Snagging fibers on sharp edges will inevitably occur.
    • Is There A Coating On The New Stainless Steel Appliances?
      • Stainless steel on some new appliances is covered in a protective oil coating or a plastic protective coating, held on by glue. In order to prevent streaking when cleaning, it is necessary to first thoroughly clean off this layer. Use a General Purpose Cloth, wiping from side to side cleaning a small area at a time. Refold and repeat until the surface is clean. Rinse the cloth with warm water from time to time to ensure it remains clean. Finally, remove any remaining moisture or streaks with the Glass & Polishing Cloth. Continue regular cleaning the general purpose and polish e-cloth

    • How To Use The E-cloth?
    • Is There Anything I Can't Clean With The E-Cloth?
      • Not only does the e-cloth clean all hard surfaces in the home & workplace, like stainless steel, counter tops, glass, ceramic, chrome, granite, marble, slate, quartz, tile and wood...but you do a marvelous job on patios, cars, trucks, motorcycles, RV's & boats.
      • They will also produce good results on materials such as fabrics, carpets and soft furnishings – even on wine spills, but always use cold water first and experiment on a test area.
    • Which E-cloth Should I Buy?
      • Most hard surfaces in your home and workplace can be cleaned effectively using the General Purpose Cloth, Glass & Polishing Cloth and the Deep Clean Mop.
We produce the General Purpose Cloth in assorted colors to help you reserve a different color for cleaning in different areas, or at various times.
      • The General Purpose Cloth cleans thick grease and dirt and can tackle the heaviest cleaning jobs with just water. Remember to get a 'finished' look, always follow up with the Polishing Cloth.
      • The Glass & Polishing Cloth cleans light grease and dirt with simply water. The Polishing Cloth leaves a perfect finish. No chemical works better on shiny surfaces - mirrors, windows, faucets, toasters, and stainless steel.
    • Should I Use A Disinfectant?
      • Studies show that you do not need a disinfectant when using an e-cloth, click here to see a 3 min video. Some people still feel more comfortable using disinfectants around toilets and food prep areas.
    • Is It Okay To Use Cleaning Products With My E-cloth?
      • It is okay to use e-cloths with other cleaning products, but remember that e-cloths clean so well with just water, it is not normally necessary.
The fibers in e-cloth may become clogged by other cleaning agents, reducing their effectiveness. After you use a cleaning agent, rinse the cloth out thoroughly under hot water. To obtain a more thorough cleaning, machine wash

Contact with bleach should be avoided as it breaks down the fibers.
    • Will The E-Cloth Scratch My Surfaces?
      • e-cloth fibers are non-abrasive and will not scratch surfaces. Grit or a hard piece of debris caught in the fibers may scratch the surface, so always start with a clean or rinsed-out cloth.
    • I Have a Streak Left After Using The E-cloth...
      • Probably because there is a surface layer left on a new product by the factory or there is a chemical or soap build up from previous cleanings. In either case, clean a small area using the General Purpose cloth followed by the Glass & Polishing cloth. Repeat as needed and you will see the whole surface gradually come clean. Using warm water may help.
    • My E-cloth Is Not Working Anymore
      • If your e-cloth does not work anymore, it could be that there is fabric softener blocking the fibers. Please re-wash and try again. If this does not work, the e-cloth has reached the end of its life (usually over 300 washes or 1,000 washes for the Professional Line).
    • What Is The Best Way To Wash The E-cloth?
      • For most day-to-day uses, you can simply rinse in warm water at your sink. As cloths/mop heads become soiled, machine wash in warm to hot water with minimal detergent.
      • Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
      • Colors may run, so we advise initial washing separately.
      • If fabric conditioner is used by mistake, rewash with a little detergent.
      • Tumble or air dry.
    • How Frequently Do I Need To Wash My E-cloth?
      • A warm rinse is often enough for day-to-day use. However, for e-cloths to perform correctly, they must be machine-washed regularly.
    • Will Cleaning Products Cause Damage To My E-cloth?
      • Although not recommended, you can use most cleaning chemicals with e-cloth. Some chemicals will block the fibers and reduce performance. Do not use bleach or chemicals containing bleach, as this will damage the fibers. Machine wash after use.
    • Why Do I Have Stains In My E-Cloth After Washing It?
      • Most types of dirt contain a pigment which stains any cloth. If you wash your e-cloth properly, it will be clean even if there are residual stains. Repeated washes will gradually reduce these marks.
    • Chemical Cleaners, Are They Harmful?
      • Chemicals and their fumes or residues can cause allergies, chronic headaches, rashes and reactions like asthma. Studies have shown that poor indoor air quality (to which chemical cleaners contribute) is a significant cause of health problems.
